Wilbur Brown (b. 19 Feb 1880, d. 26 Oct 1952) married Elsie McKenzie (1884-1970) on 19 Feb 1902. They had one daughter, Mildred Frances (b. 14 Dec 1903, d. 04 Oct 1994) who married Harry Shannon (b. 02 Nov 1901, d. 24 Jan 2000) in East LeRoy, MI on 19 Feb 1922. They were married for over 70 years, living on a farm in Volinia Twp. at 18440 Marcellus Hwy. They had six children, three died before their parents:
1. Starr (1923-1927)
2. Harold R. (1924-1979) married Catherine Torrans (b. 1926) of Schoolcraft, MI
3. Jack D. (1928-1990) married Marilyn Smart (b. 1932) of Naples, FL
At the time of Harry's death in 2000, three daughters were living:
4. Betty J. who married Ralph Kirch of Lawton
5. Beverly A. who married Edward McMahon of Kalamazoo
6. Linda L. who married Dr. John Murphy of Indian Shores, FL
Wilbur and Elsie, Harry and Mildred, and Starr, Harold, and Jack are buried in Crane Cemetery (SE corner of Section 18, Volinia Twp.)
