Descendants of Patrick McCullough (born about 1769 - 31 Jan 1849) married Mary Hamilton about 1800 in Ireland.
They had 12 children:

Martha Ann McCullough and William Alford had a daughter: Abigail Hannah Alford (b. 1834, d. 1918) who married William Wallace Lewis (b. 1832, d. 1918).
Abigail Hannah Alford (b. 1834, d. 1918) married William Wallace Lewis (b. 1832, d. 1918) in 1849. They had a son, William Alford Lewis who married Martha Lydia Lewis (b. 1861, d. 1928). They had a son, Claude Amasa Lewis.
Claude Amasa Lewis (b. 12 May 1886, d. 11 June 1958) and Hazel Grace Adams (b. 14 July 1897, d. 06 Nov 1995) had a son, John Keith Adams (b. 05 Oct 1921, d. 06 May 2007). Jack was an accomplished genealogist and contributed a great deal to the Adams-McKain family history. Many of the stories and pictures found on this website came from Jack.
