Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Adams entertained about thirty-five of the Adams family at
their farm home at Harmony Chapel on Sunday, July 6th. The assembly was a “Welcome
Home” to Lieut. Harry Adams, of Los Angeles, Calif., and Capt. and Mrs.
R.N. (sic) Adams of Kalamazoo, all of whom recently returned from overseas service.
Those present were Mr. and Mrs. George Adams and Hyldred of Marcellus, Hazel
Adams of Battle Creek, Helen Adams of Flint, Lieut. Harry Adams of Los Angeles,
Calif., Mr. and Mrs. M.C. Adams of South Bend, Mrs. Sarah McKain of New Carlisle,
Ind., Mr. And Mrs. A.L. Adams and family of Harmony Chapel, Dr. and Mrs. R.N.
(sic) Adams of Kalamazoo, Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Adams and son Horace, of Paw Paw,
Mr. and Mrs. D.L. Thornton and daughters, Mrs. Anna Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Adams and family of Lawton, and Ralph Munson of Kalamazoo. All report a very
enjoyable time.
